About the Working Group on Data VisualizationThe activities of this group (originally working group on scientific visualization) roughly started with the first workshop of this series in 1990. In particular, Michel Grave, Hans-Georg Pagendarm, Ulrich Lang, Hans Hagen, Jack van Wijk, and Frits Post participated in its founding activities. Since 2002, we renamed the group into the Eurographics Workshop Group on Data Visualization.
So far, fourteen events were organized.
Since 1999, this series is co-organized by Eurographics and
IEEE VGTC. Most of the proceedings are available through Eurographics (or other bookstores). All proceedings starting from 1998 are also available through the digital library of Eurographics.
