Auf der wichtigsten internationalen Fachkonferenz f\u00fcr computergest\u00fctzte Chirurgie und Radiologie (CARS) pr\u00e4sentierten Wissenschaftler des ICCAS in diesem Jahr nicht nur ausgew\u00e4hlte Projektergebnisse. W\u00e4hrend einer einst\u00fcndigen Session zum zehnj\u00e4hrigen ICCAS-Jubil\u00e4um stellten Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Prof. Andreas Melzer, Forschungsgruppenleiter Prof. Thomas Neumuth (MAI), Mario Cypko (DPM) sowie Vorstandsmitglied Prof. Andreas Dietz (UKL) die Gesamtergebnisse und Perspektiven der drei Forschungsfelder des ICCAS einem internationalen Fachpublikum vor. Die sehr gut besuchte Veranstaltung diente gleichzeitig als Offerte, das hier gezeigte Expertenwissen w\u00e4hrend der Digital Operating Room Summer School (DORS 2015) des ICCAS im August dieses Jahres eingehender zu studieren. <\/p>\n

Vortr\u00e4ge zu einzelnen Projektarbeiten am ICCAS hielten Stefan Franke (MAI) und Erik Schreiber (MAI) im \u201cWorkshop on Surgical PACS and the Digital Operating Room\u201d sowie Jens Meier (MAI) und Mario Cypko (DPM) im Workshop \u201ePersonalized Medicine & ICT\u201c. Prof. Thomas Neumuth (MAI) referierte in einem eingeladenen Vortrag \u00fcber Anwendungsf\u00e4lle f\u00fcr IHE Integrationsprofile und nahm am Kick-off Meeting der Arbeitsgruppe \u201eIHE Surgery\u201c teil.
\nDie Wissenschaftler informierten u.a. \u00fcber eine Methodik zur Voraussage chirurgischer Arbeitsabl\u00e4ufe im Operationssaal als Grundlage f\u00fcr die Entwicklung kontextsensitiver Workflow Management Systeme und \u00fcber eine Infrastruktur zur Verteilung von chirurgischen Prozessmodellen basierend auf Cross-enterprise model sharing (XMS) Konzepten. Die Verbesserung Digitaler Patientenmodelle durch Hinzunahme von Prozessinformationen war weiterer Themeninhalt. Zudem wurde am Beispiel von Kehlkopfkrebs eine webbasierte Anleitung klinischer Experten durch die Modellierung von Behandlungsentscheidungsmodellen vorgestellt. <\/p>\n

Die CARS ist f\u00fcr das ICCAS das j\u00e4hrliche Kongress-Highlight. Es ist das Forum f\u00fcr den internationalen Wissensaustausch unter Informatikern, Ingenieuren und Medizinern \u00fcber zentrale Innovationen und Technologien im Bereich computergest\u00fctzte Chirurgie. Schwerpunkte bilden u.a. bild- und modellgest\u00fctzte Interventionen, der intelligente OP der Zukunft, Entscheidungs- und Therapieunterst\u00fctzung im chirurgischen Management, computergest\u00fctzte Diagnose sowie die modellgest\u00fctzte und – weiterhin auf dem Vormarsch – die personalisierte Medizin.<\/p>\n
