A prominent aspect of this approach will be a laparoscopy simulator with continuous quantitative training monitoring to objectively assess and support trainee physicians&#8217; dexterity and coordination behaviors. ICCAS\u2019 partners in this initiative will be the Department of Paediatric Surgery (University of Leipzig Medical Center) and Fraunhofer Institute for Digital Medicine MEVIS.<\/p>\n<p><a
