Various types of tissue are produced using rapid prototyping and integrated into a model that replicates the properties, colours and textures of real anatomical structures. The model will realistically represent the real anatomy of the lower leg, including compartments, nerves and vessels, and simulate the swelling of blood stasis and pressure on nerve tracts.
