Prof Thomas Neumuth and other members of staff from the ICCAS – Innovation Centre Computer Assisted Surgery have already held lectures forinterested children as part of the Children’s University at Leipzig University.
On 16 May 2024, the ‘Regenbögen’ class from the Montessori primary school in Leipzig visited us. They were given a brief insight into our research at four stations and wanted to know everything in detail. Whether in the DemoOP, hyperspectral imaging, the robot dog or the robot hand, everything was scrutinised and scrutinised.
Perhaps this has laid the foundations for a career in research? In any case, we would be delighted if we have contributed to this.
