BMT 2019 with preview on BMT 2020 in Leipzig 30.09.2019
At the Annual Conference of the German Society on Biomedical Engineering (BMT) in Frankfurt, ICCAS presented its research successes in ten contrubutions and aroused curiosity aboutthe next annual event, which will take place in Leipzig in 2020.
At the ICCAS exhibition booth, Julia Mrongowius demonstrated the development of Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) for patient-specific visualization of lung function. Prof. Thomas Neumuth presented his new expert committee for Model-based Medical Technology. BMT-board member Prof. Andreas Melzer presented, among other things, the “Leipzig Model” of BMT 2020, which will involve many clinicians in the program.
