headline-markerWhite Paper about KAIT project recently published

15.07.2021

The research team involved in the KAIT project presented the prototype of an AI-based decision support tool for therapy selection for malignant and rare hematologic diseases during the 10th Saxon Hematologicum 2021, which took place on July 9 and 10 in Greifswald. Furthermore, in a recently published white paper, the researchers explain in detail against which backdrop does the need for personalized decision support for hematology arise, how does the architecture of the data interface for the platform should look like in practice, and how does the optimal provision and evaluation of relevant information by the tool come about.  One of the distinguishing features of the platform is the transparency and traceability of the decision recommendations, which enables the clinical experts to monitor and individually evaluate the automatic conclusions drawn by the algorithm. You can read more about the project here.
