General:
– Generic EOS Dialog Component — New standardised dialog to unify look an feel of dialogs across eos
– Reworked Airport/Admission Screen — Updated layout and functionality
Patient Module:
– Vitals Page Restored — The vitals page is fully restored with zoom, time-range selection, and measurement-type toggling
– MedicationAdministration Editor — New editor for documenting medication administration events in the patient record
Bug fixes:
– Vitals page: fixed broken save, stale data, chart axis rendering, and missing error feedback
– Care/Activity page: fixed rendering and interaction errors; procedures, devices, and nursing sections reworked
– Vital measurements editor: fixed layout and save failures
– Replaced ApexCharts with Recharts to resolve chart rendering issues
– Various layout fixes and code cleanup across modules

This release contains a first stable version with the basic technical setup and some clinical features to demonstrate them.

A running server version with the system backend and databases
Clinical data are stored as FHIR resources in a dedicated FHIR server
Business data is stored in a relational SQL database
Authentication is achieved with a special tool that secures access to all sensitive data
User interfaces are prepared for desktop and mobile use
