Networking with Mount Kenya University Medical School 28.11.2019
After the 10 day ICCAS visit of scientists from Mount Kenya University during a study trip in Leipzig in June, the Dean Mount Kenya Medical School, Dr. Juliet Gathera, herself a surgeon and lecturer, looked over the shoulders of the scientists and got to the bottom of the structures and working methods of our research center. She also visited the Learning Clinic in Liebigstraße.
Now back home, in Kenya, under the University’s Principal of research plans on further steps for cooperation are under way more so in regards to the construction of a new teaching and research hospital.
The study trip and the stay are part of the project “Collaboration for Entrepreneurial Universities” in which the international SEPT program is involved.
