Clemens Möllenhoff, M.Sc., studied Business Informatics at the University of Leipzig with academic stops in Stuttgart, Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and Trondheim (Norway). His studies focused on medical and business information systems, software development and mobile communications technologies. He is also a Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (CPRE) according to IREB and has more than five years of experience as a full-time paramedic in the public rescue service.
At ICCAS, Mr. Möllenhoff works as a research assistant in the “Communication Systems and Interoperability” research group. Among other things, he is currently working as deputy project manager in the joint project “6G-Health” (Holistic development of high-performance 6G networking for distributed medical technology systems). Previously, he was involved in the “MOMENTUM” project (5G-networked ambulance) from 2021-2023. His special field of work is the integration of medical information systems, technology for smart hospitals, real-time locating systems (RTLS), voice assistance systems and consulting on topics in the field of (preclinical) emergency medicine.
