Max Rockstroh studied Computer Science with a focus on medical informatics at the University of Leipzig and graduated in 2012. The main topics were computer assisted surgery and management of hospital information systems. During his studies he worked as an research assistant in the working groups standards (STD) and model-based automation and integration (MAI) within the ICCAS.
Max Rockstroh studied Computer Science with a focus on medical informatics at the University of Leipzig and graduated in 2012. The main topics were computer assisted surgery and management of hospital information systems. During his studies he worked as an research assistant in the working groups standards (STD) and model-based automation and integration (MAI) within the ICCAS. After his graduation he joined ICCAS as a research associate in the research group “Model Based Automation and Integration”. Since 2014 he is project leader of subproject 6 (demonstrator) within the project OR.Net.
His current research interest is the automatic detection of device data in the operating room and their processing. Since October 2012 he also works in the project OR.Net.
