As a dedicated Bioinformatics professional, I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg, where my thesis project delved into targeted metabolomics with SWATH. I further advanced my expertise by obtaining a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics from Leipzig University, focusing on the development of a universal methylation-based cancer classifier for my thesis. My professional journey led me to InfAI, where I contributed to diverse feasibility studies and projects such as “Steady” and “Urban Life Plus” tackling a range of data types, including signal, geospatial, text, and image data.
My pursuit lies in developing of data analytic methods and technologies, including AI, to examine large-scale real-world data sets with the aim of making a significant impact on healthcare and scientific research.
